Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:
We offer flat rate shipping within the United States. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

In-Store Pickup:

We are pleased to offer complimentary in-store pickup at:

Pickup is available during store hours:
Monday–Saturday: 11 AM – 6 PM
Sunday: 12 PM – 5 PM

Most orders are ready within 2–4 hours during business hours. Orders placed after hours will be ready the next business day.

You will receive an email (and/or text) when your order is ready.

Pickup Instructions:

• Orders will be available for pickup at the front counter

• Please have your order confirmation (email or name) ready

• If someone else is picking up your order, please note their name at checkout or notify us in advance

Pickup orders will be held for 7 days. After that time, items may be returned to inventory and a store credit will be issued.

Order Status and Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 3 business days for tracking updates to appear. 

Shipping Delays:
Shipping times may be impacted by weather, carrier delays, or high-volume periods. Once your order has left our store, it is in the hands of the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped. 

Kimberly Jane is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

Change to Policies:
We may change any of the above policies or practices at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
