We ship within 1 to 2 business days using USPS or UPS. Standard delivery typically arrives in 3 to 7 business days. Free shipping on orders over $125.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Local pickup is available for orders placed through the website. Choose "Local Pickup" at checkout, and we'll have your order ready within 2 hours during store hours.
Can I add gift wrapping to my order?
Absolutely. Add a Kimberly Jane gift bag at checkout, and we’ll package your purchase beautifully and have it ready to give. Want a handwritten card included? Just leave your message in the order notes.
What's your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in original condition. Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized pieces are non-returnable. Email us to start a return.
