Make homemade biscuits that taste and look like Grandma's, fluffy layers on the inside and a thin crispy outer layer, using our buttermilk drop biscuit mix. Biscuit making is truly an art form, it's all in how you mix them. Enjoy piping hot southern drop biscuits in about 15 minutes. Yield can vary based upon the size of your biscuits. Normally yields 10 - 12 2-inch drop biscuits.
Julia's Pantry sources premium, all natural ingredients to craft our complete line of specialty products. We DO NOT use preservatives, trans fats or MSG. Each of our biscuit mixes are made using locally sourced soft red winter wheat flour, cane sugar, real sweet cream buttermilk and real butter. Each bag of biscuit mix contains the equivalence of ½ stick of churned butter and ¾ cup of sweet cream buttermilk.
